Safety is our Goal

Welcome Back!!

We are so excited to be back! Our number one priority is the health and safety of everyone who enters The Refined Man. Please read through the guidelines and requirements for a smooth and easy transition. We are more than happy to answer and questions or concerns.

*Preparing for your appointment*

Please arrive alone
We are only allowed one client per
barber, please no guests or children
with you. We cannot take late appointments.
Please arrive on time.

All barbers, staff and clients are
required to wear a mask that fits
over the ear for the duration of your
appointment. We cannot provide
services with out one. We will have some
available for a small fee.

Self Check
If you or anyone in your household are
displaying symptoms of any kind or are ill
your appointment. This includes, but not limited
to a cough, runny nose, chills, fever, sore throat
or any loss of smell or taste.

*When you arrive*

Wait in your car
When you arrive, please wait in your
car and call us at 360-918-8335 to check in.

Ouside the Door
We will have a waiver for you to sign

Inside the Door
We will have you wash your hands.

*During your appointment*

During your shampoo, because we are
face to face, we are required to place a
towel over your mask/face.

Beards and Shaves
During a beard and shave service
you will be allowed to remove
your mask only for the duration
of that service.

Checking out
All check out and rescheduling will be done at the chair
and then you will be walked to the door. Please no handshakes at this time…

Our job and commitment to you at TRM
Our job is to create the safest, most relaxed environment and atmosphere. A few things to keep in mind…

• In addition to our normal sanitation process, we will be thoroughly sanitizing and disinfecting all surfaces, chairs, shampoo bowls, and as always, all tools and combs before each client.
• We have been diligently completing additional training on the spread of COVID19. We will be following all the guidelines set forth by the state along with additional shop guidelines.
• We thank you all so much for all your continued support and patience throughout these last couple of months and the uncharted territory ahead.
